I'm all for universal health care for Americans. But we can't give it to the entire Third World too. If we kept America's wealth here at home for the benefit of our own nation, we'd all be better off...we all WERE better off.  Look at what is happening in Western Europe. They are going to have to fight a war on their own turf to undo the folly of wokeness.

Far left Democrats don't seem to understand mathematics. I agree I support universal health care for everyone but if we have universal health care for everyone it will only work if it's for Americans and legal immigrants otherwise we will be overrun and the system will run out of money and nobody will get care...
