How odd that Germany and Japan become two of the most successful nations in modern times. Losing a war to the US pays. Not having to support a global armada pays. It's just that as far as engineering lenses go, the Axis rules. The Germans always were good at high precision shit. In Detroit, all of the tool makers are German. We stereotype everyone by ethnicity here. It's not mean spirited. It's like wearing jerseys, like a baseball team. The auto industry brought us all together for common purpose.  I haven't been watching the news. I've been searching for a new and better eyepiece experience like a junkie chasing a more intense high. The Germans and Japanese dominate that realm. Must be the radiation.
