It has now become apparent that Democrats at all levels of government were using aid programs and entitlement programs to not only enrich themselves but to fund foreign terror groups aligned against the US and our allies as well.  It wasn't a one-off. It was standard operating procedure. Hundreds of billions that could have benefited tax-paying US citizens split among criminals and terrorists. The treachery is insidious.
