Mine was "free" this morning on account of the service contract. The concerning part was this is the 3rd time that 3 year old unit has had the same issue.
This time the tech claimed it was wired wrong. Well, guess who did the work last time....
As recently as ten years ago, I was in the un-freezing-pipes-under-houses racket. Days like this were a gold mine...crawling through the dark on my elbows with a heat gun looking for brass fittings. The villagers would be so grateful.
