Almost all of the crooked "Personal Care" homes I came into contact with in Houston were actually owned by Nigerians. Drug usage, starvation and rape were daily occurrences there. Although they took everyone's EBT cards everyone was underfed to the point of malnutrition. In two of the homes I was in there was no hot running water. Broken out windows were common. Giant cockroaches was another common thing. The big giant flying ones. I saw three people die from lack of Medical Care. It was way worse than County Jail.

Every single case of crooked doctors, pharmacists, Medicaid/Medicare fraud here is Arabs and South Asians - without exception.
