Some idiot did that here a few years ago. He broke into a power station under repair and it had been raining. He jumped down into a section that had copper pipes and wiring. The space had water on the ground from the rain and the electric was on. Fried like KFC.

In Detroit they steal siding off houses while people are inside. They steal the guard rails on roadways, light poles. It’s incredible….fences….they cut down the fencing, roll it up and take it to the scrap yard. It goes on 24/7
