Well, local news found that violent criminal for ICE. He was in a state prison, which had notified ICE he was serving time there over a year ago.

The man refused to provide an electronic fingerprint for identification. He fit the description of the man they were looking for who was supposed to living at that house. I suppose someone told him he didn't have to cooperate with ICE so he got taken away for identification. Now you have the rest of the story.
