It is a vid of preteen boys casually walking through a field in Syria, digging up and disarming anti tank mines faster than you can unwrap a stick of gum.
That seems totally fine. When I was 16, we made nitroglycerin from scratch, built our own bomb, and took it out of town on out bikes to blow it up. Normal teenage stuff.
