As far as an afterlife is concerned, if there's no animals, I'm out. I would prefer to spend eternity with every animal whose life joined mine in a glow of unspoken decency and good intentions among souls. Animals are pure and incapable of imperfection. We can never be like that. Dealing with people creates stress and confusion. Animals have no hidden motives.

The early morning here is awesome - before everyone gets up and starts making noise. That's when all the daytime animals are out in the yard. It's peaceful. It's obvious those creatures are enjoying that time the same way I do...no hurry, no heat, no noise. It's beautiful here. That's the whole reason to even put effort into maintianing this piece of land...for that particular time of day at this particular time of year.

All of them that live out there appreciate what I do.  It's obvious... and that is the most important thing going on in my life.

I think past, present, and future all are running in parallel, and you can reincarnate in different time periods. Nothing is linear.
