Hamas are not soldiers. They are criminals. They are terrorists. They should not be taken alive or even be given a chance to surrender.
The Geneva convention should not apply. I have to check for any changes. In Canada Hamas is designated as a terrorist organization. It is the same in the U.S.A.?
