I used to buy coffee beans from this place in Ann Arbor that roasted it. It would still be warm when I got it. So I had this big machine from Italy that made espresso and had the steam jets for cappuccino. Then this guy would deliver milk...regular and chocolate in glass bottles. We used that for the cappuccinos and the "mochas" - which were just a cappuccino made with chocolate milk. It was stunning. We put on a good show. I used to take all the 20's out of the register. That was kind of my thing.
