I was looking at videos of these old men that build these insanely realistic miniature jets...with little jet engines. Some of them were close to a hundred grand. There's a video of them crashing and the old men's lives losing their meaning in milliseconds.
There's actually a big field not too far from her that is dedicated to those types of guys. Once in a while I drive by and they're out there flying little planes and helicopters. Guy at the hobby shop told me that the guys that fly those really complex models basically have to be pilots themselves to pull it off.
