Trump's probably right with all this tariff business. I thought he was a lunatic his first term but when you look back on things and considering all that has happened since, it seems like he was a lot more right-on than the people trying relentlessly to bring him down. Besides, he's talking common sense on all the weird shit they've tried to force on us as being normal...all the trans/gender nonsense, the racial animus, antisemitism, the erosion of law and order, unchecked migration... People have had enough of the hate. We all know what normal and appropriate behavior is - more or less.

I think his intention is to lower tariffs against us. You don't see ford factories in Japan. We're blocked.  There aren't very many Chevys running around Europe.

The contemporary Democrats' ideological soul is now found among the riotous, disaffected mob - looters and arsonists. They hate for the sake of hate, destroy property and lash out like children - frustrated that they cannot get their way. Their policies are shaped by contrarianism rather than thought and purpose. They appear now to be completely irrational and directionless. The best agenda they could conjure up is the mass-vandalization of electric cars owned by other liberals. They don't even make sense.

We've all known that for decades. Having that one-sided arrangement where it became normal to screw the US because we have the perception of prosperity was institutionalized. It became so entrenched that the liberals here and abroad are screaming bloody murder because fair-play seems so outrageously unfair to them.

"..Trump just announced tariffs so wide-reaching, they now cover a sub-Antarctic island group populated mostly by penguins and a Norwegian Arctic archipelago best known for its polar bears. Neither has any human residents or, according to U.S. data, any trade with America last year — unless penguins have started exporting fish sticks. Still, a 10 percent tariff was slapped on them Wednesday, presumably just in case the wildlife starts getting entrepreneurial.."

"An American tourist has been arrested after sailing to a remote island and leaving behind a can of Coke and a coconut for the world’s most dangerous and isolated people.

North Sentinel Island is home to the Sentinelese, a pre-Neolithic tribe that has rebuffed all contact with the modern world, firing bows and arrows at passing helicopters and killing those landing ashore.

Yet Mykhailo Viktorovych Polyakov, 24, made an illegal visit to the island on Saturday using a makeshift craft to cross a 25-mile strait, Indian police said...."

"...The Sentinelese have a long history of rejecting outside contact. Indian authorities strictly prohibit visits to the island to protect the tribe from external threats.

In 2018, 26-year-old American missionary John Chau was killed after attempting to make contact and convert the islanders to Christianity..."

It is kind of ironic that I grew up and lived my young adulthood in Quebec where separate was the word of the day. I finally escaped as far as I could go without entering B. C. (hiss, hiss) and now Alberta has secession plans if the Liberal scum win. Difference is here I would vote yes.
