Luxury hotel living where you never even have to come out of your room. Everybody waits on you like you're a god. Good times!
And I heard he had his own baseball bat. Every kid ( male & female) dreams of their first bat.

I have been saying for years that their should be a drive to build small houses that are as affordable and easily obtainable as possible instead of building groves of these over-sized, over-priced McMansions on under-sized, treeless lots that cost eight hundred grand a copy. We don't need socialism. We just need to be able to reasonably afford housing, cars, groceries and med.

My old house was a 1000 sf bungalow and the old guy that lived next door told me they were built for the soldiers that returned from WWII. It was awesome. Two bedrooms, one bath and one in the basement.  There was like a weird bungalow room upstairs with slanted ceilings. I think the lot was 50 feet wide and 75 feet deep. Detached garage, deck. I made it nice. It was 40 g's - $215 a month. - that's 116,000 and $621 a month in today's dollars - and THAT is the way it should be for starter homes now.
My hag sister and her ex had a similar house. He still lives there. It was his childhood home and yes bought it from his parents. Anyway it was so solidly built . Solid oak cabinets in the kitchen, hardwood (original) floors. He had a buddy refinish them. But the space was surprising. Yes I am sure it was larger than 1000 sf but it looked small from the outside. It had a big sit down kitchen, a big living room2 good sized bedrooms and 2 small. Main bathroom upstairs and 2nd in the basement. These bungalows are still everywhere in Canada. I am pro bungalow.

Lived in an air-conditioned storage unit once too. The guy was paranoid somebody would steal his stuff so he gave me a corner place to stay in there. All I had to do was watch his stuff. Eventually he moved to Singapore.
Yeah I remember you mentioning you had a friend that moved there.

It's ridiculous. There's two big tv's in this house - the one I stuffed in the fireplace and one hanging on the wall in the bedroom (by a thread).  One's like a 'Fire' tv and the other is some Samsung deal with a whole different set of channels. It's overwhelming. So I bought this 10" tv. If I set the rabbit ears on the sill of my dope-smoking window, I get like fifty channels from Detroit, Toledo, Canada, etc. It has laid to rest my tv-watching anxieties.  It was like sixty bucks. That, coupled with the fifteen dollar ounce of reefer, has made me feel secure in life, like a wealthy man. That's how pathetically small my universe has become.

It's all I need. I could live in a garden shed with this thing and like a toaster oven.
Roster ovens set themselves on fire I don’t care what sales rep tells you. Never have one in your home.

"Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

Gasoline just broke $1.98 a Gallon, lowest in years, groceries (and eggs!) down, energy down, mortgage rates down, employment strong, and much more good news, as Billions of Dollars pour in from Tariffs. Just like I said, and we’re only in a TRANSITION STAGE, just getting started!!! Consumers have been waiting for years to see pricing come down. NO INFLATION, THE FED SHOULD LOWER ITS RATE!!! DJT"

Some ho is coming by in an hour to show me how to walk without falling down. More dumbasses to deal with. I don't like people in my house except Sally. I don't like visitors. My social skills are excruciating. Therapy isn't going to help. Waste of money and time but everyone has to jump through the hoops that UNITED HEALTHCARE puts in their way.

I'm looking forward to things getting better now that the haters have had the wind taken out of their sails. Their 24/7 harangue becomes exhausting.

Stereotypes are based on reality. They're very useful.

This is kind of nuts:

"Driverless trucks are officially running their first regular long-haul routes, making roundtrips between Dallas and Houston.

On Thursday, autonomous trucking firm Aurora announced it launched commercial service in Texas under its first customers, Uber Freight and Hirschbach Motor Lines, which delivers time- and temperature-sensitive freight. Both companies conducted test runs with Aurora, including safety drivers to monitor the self-driving technology dubbed “Aurora Driver.” Aurora’s new commercial service will no longer have safety drivers."

I think I have 16 sunflowers growing. They take up a lot of room. Maybe 70 zinnias 50 giant marigolds and 176 geraniums.
