I was in the garage this morning drinking coffee and I noticed the feral cat laying on the floor near me looking relaxed. I'm happy for him. He has found society here. He goes his own way, I don't know where he sleeps but he hangs around with his three children here.  Him and Gus seem like pals too. They have teamed up to drive off intruders.
I've been feeding him. That may be relevant. I put a brick between the door and jamb going from the patio to the garage so the cats can come and go. There's food, water and a couple cat beds in there. So the buffet is open during non-chicken hours.

Those filthy bastards. They are a curse on my existence and I'm sure I speak for my fellow mammals here the cats and dog.
