I can't wait until my new more powerful ipad-using glasses arrive.  This is incredible. It is exactly 9 am and I didn't turn on the light and feed the goldfish and one of them swam over to the side of the tank near where I'm sitting and splashed water on me...They're as bad as the dog.

I have walking around glasses, using a saw glasses and using an ipad glasses. I've abandoned trying to see my phone so I just leave it in a desk drawer with the sound muted and don't return any of my calls.

It's really amazing that the same idiots crowing about Trump "subverting democracy" are the ones demanding that public policy be decided by childish mob tantrum and rioting simply because they lost the lawfully executed electoral process. Once again...we are all sick of the hate.

I appreciate telescopes the way some guys ogle over guns. They don't necessarily shoot them, they just marvel at the way they are built and the way they function. I have the same appreciation for compasses - with the magnetic needle that points north and for analogue weather instruments.  They're beautiful and simple and they represent an age of discovery of the natural world.

Saw this guy on YouTube try to stop a 30 ton spool that had fallen off a truck by running up to it and trying to stop it by spreading his arms and pushing back against it. Flattening him literally like a pancake. Like watching a bugs Bunny cartoon.
