You can actually buy a handheld dental xray device on Amazon and they're not that expensive. If I was Albanian, I'd set up a clinic in my basement and treat other Albanians for cash.  they do that. It's like a shadow healthcare system for Albanians...Shiptar-Care.  It probably works and it's 10,000 times more efficient and cost effective than our system...for routine shit.
