"...Microsoft reports are exposing AI's real cost problem: Using the tech is more expensive than paying human employees..."
I think computers in general are a bust. A long time ago, everyone drank and smoked pot at lunch, came in hung over, etc. Now, they spend half the day fckng around with their phones, playing on the internet and going out in the alley to smoke. It's like half-a-day of blithering bullshit and like 70% of the workforce is doing that.

"It was a night of anxiety and questions as people across a wide swath of central Orange County fled their homes due to the risk of a chemical explosion at a Garden Grove aerospace firm."

California's gig of trying to shame the rest of us for not being as beautiful, selfless and progressive as them has really fallen flat...lo these past many years.  San Francisco has been declared a bigger disaster than Detroit. A couple of years ago, people were paying a couple million for a parking spot, now they're defecating on the sidewalk.

Snakes don't bother me a bit. I wish there were more hanging around.

Michigan is crawling with turtles. They're everywhere...all kinds...small to giant.  There's a lot of water here but, Jesus, this is no place for reptiles. I have no idea where they go in the winter. It's not like they fly away.

I bet if I went back there right now, these same turtles would be on that same log.

These little jumping spiders are tiny. Eight legs, eight eyes...they run, that's how they hunt. Imagine having that thing chasing you

These old McCormicks are like the '67 Mustang of the tractor world.

Old men from the region cart these in for the fair every year.
They are nice looking. fire-engine red

This man robbed a bank for $1, sat down and waited for the police, just to get free healthcare in prison

In 2011 a man named Richard James Verone walked into a RBC Bank in Gastonia, North Carolina

Handed the teller a note demanding $1

One dollar

Then sat down in the lobby and waited calmly for police to arrive

He was 59. No job. No insurance. A growth on his chest. Two ruptured discs.

Calculated that a federal conviction would guarantee him full medical coverage inside prison

The judge sentenced him to 3 years

He got the surgery

He got the treatment

He told reporters on the way out he had no regrets

A 59 year old American man robbed a bank for $1 because it was cheaper than seeing a doctor

Spiders don't bite people. That's a myth. 99% of them can't bite a human. They are very sophisticated creatures. Personally, I assign them human qualities and assume they want to be friends.

PRETTY SOON PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO GET THEIR PHONES SURGICALLY IMPLANTED IN THEIR ASSHOLES. HOW CONVENIENT IS THAT?
