If members of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club shot 60 people in one state, in one year, would that seem a low number?

Math is a strange thing, 60 a year in one state that has about at least 20 cities with high crime would not be unusual…

Also 60 shot does not mean 60 killed. Odds are it has to be a head shot to kill them as they wear protective gear..
