Cops are trained to shoot center mass. Most cops are not Daniel Boone. Especially in high stress situations.

That is the way it is supposed to be. Killing civilians for no legit reason happens, 60 is a lot in that case. They are forced to wear cameras now, even those in civilian clothes. They are small where you cannot see them..

This is complex argument here, no simple explanation..
