Reactionary.

I don't know what you would call it other than a waste of time and tax money. 

Any time and obviously un-Constitutional bill is proposed there should be a penalty, loss of your public job is a good start.


Any time and obviously un-Constitutional bill is passed the folks who vote for it should be personally responsible for ALL legal bills associated with it.  And if anyone is molested in any way on account of the obviously un-Constitutional law, anyone who voted for it need a few years of prison time.
