Did you booger yourself skiing?

I don't think so - I skied on Saturday, felt great, was fine Sunday and it started a bit on Monday night - woke up this morning, could barely get out of bed. Did my normal 4 Advil and hot bath. Even getting into the tub was bad. That didn't work. Took 2 more hot baths - think I need a heating pad. Our power went off at some point and the hot tub was freezing cold. Heating up now. It's a dull ache at this point - I can make it up and down the stairs. I hate the muscle relaxer but I guess it works. I can barely lift my legs.

Just getting over my oral surgery - no pain there!
