I went through a month - mid October to mid November and then all of a sudden everything was fine. I guess I've had 2 1/2 months pain free. We'll see how long this flare up is.

I think what I'll do is have my Advil, Aleve, Tylenol and Tizanidine by my bed and take them at 4:00am and see how I feel at 6:00am when I need to get up. Maybe throw a heating pad in.
