Me and the hubby lived in a high rise years ago. Russians moved in. They were revolting. They lived on the floor above us. They would **** on our balcony, throw lit smokes and broken beer bottles down. Fckers got evicted.
Can't say about all of them but I have seen videos of small russian villages that looked like garbage dumps. Real 4th world stuff.
