His therapist goes on to explain that therapist told the carpenter he would have to choose between co-caine or carpentry. The carpenter sent the therapist this picture as his response
Weiss’s prosecution saw the photo, looked at the date, and decided it was proof Hunter was using co-caine at that time.
What’s happening right now in the Hunter Trial is discovery — Hunter’s attorneys are getting their hands on the evidence the government has against him. This is why Weiss has waited until now to arrest Smirnov, despite being told by the FBI in 2020 that he was an untrustworthy source who was lying (travel records show Smirnov wasn’t even in the countries he said he was in.)
And hunters lawyers are now filing motions for disclosure, because Weiss is unwilling to say he has fulfilled his Brady obligation to turn over all exculpatory evidence. So it’s likely there will be more embarrassing details about Weiss’s investigation hitting the media soon.."
