I don't have a huge problem with the drug testing and going to treatment. It may help many, to go on to live productive lives. The police part is another thing.

I see in Oregon they are re-criminalizing hard drugs. Allegedly because of overdoses. I think maybe because so many druggies were laying around on the sidewalks in front of businesses. Was bad for business. But it sounds better if you say it's because you're concerned about overdoses.
