Thinking about it, I reckon I reacted to rush limbraugh opposite of how most did. I was already leaning away at that point but rush tipped the scales and my fav conservative talkers all went nuts in an attempt to match his salary.

I'm a bit older than you...I voted for Reagan while still in college...my first vote, completely swayed by my parents. Then moved to CO and have been Liberally minded since. Never been a Rush fan. I would tune in every so often just to here what Conservatives were listening to. He certainly had a gift.
