Reports indicate that many voters will not back Biden because they fear he may pass away in office making Harris the president. I'd imagine these people aren't necessarily racist.

I would advise Democrats to replace Biden with someone who is not a thousand years old. And someone whose last name is not Harris.
  That doesn't make me a racist but it makes me someone who recognizes the fact that our vice president is not competent for the job of president. Truthfully I would prefer Michelle Obama. Wouldn't that be a kick? Obama for president!
