Despite not having any navy to speak of, they are decisively winning the naval war. The grain shipments are not going out because of an agreement, they are going out because russia is too afraid to send ships to stop it.

Never done that. Most of my illnesses are obvious. Before 9/11 I had a severe sinus infection and bronchitis. The airline didn’t care. I had a woman who was high as a fckn kite and drunk as my seat mate. They held the plane for her. She tried to talk to me in French and English. I ignored her.
