Didn't need to. The border was closed. People complained about kids in cages.  Democrat cities wouldn't cooperate with ICE. Still don't. I don't feel sorry for NY at all. They continue to vote for democrats. What do they expect?

The infrastructure bill is an environmental boondoggle bill.
