"...MAGA melts down after Trump loses his first GOP primary to Nikki Haley

Donald Trump lost to Nikki Haley in D.C. on Sunday, according to several news reports. MAGA isn't handling it well.

Decision Desk HQ projected that Haley, Trump's former U.N. ambassador, defeated the former president in the District of Columbia Republican primary. The site shows her receiving 62.8% of the vote versus Trump, who got 33.3%..."

"...'Five-alarm fire': Trump's latest public schools threat causes experts to panic

Donald Trump said something about public schools that got no media coverage, yet it's causing political analysts, ex-prosecutors, and other onlookers to sound the alarm.

Trump began hinting last year that, if he were made the president once again, he would withhold all federal funds from schools that require vaccines or masks.

On Saturday, he doubled down on that promise.

As reported by former Rep. Barbara Comstock (R-VA), "Trump said in Richmond, that he will take all federal funds away from public schools that require vaccines."

"Like most states, Virginia requires MMR vaccine, chickenpox vaccine, polio, etc.," she then added. "So Trump would take millions in federal funds away from all Virginia public schools."..."
Thank goodness he's not smart enough to say things that would get him elected!

"...'Where's the proof?' Tomi Lahren gives up on Republicans' 'failed' impeachment effort..."

Of course we know that this is not about proof, or even impeachment, the republican playbook says they just want to keep the "investigation" going.

But are people smart enough to hear what he does say?  Millions are not.

Hey you! Saw Dune Part 2 a 2nd time with my son and took him to dinner after. My youngest daughter exclaimed you took A when he hasn't even read the book???? which she did several years ago. Looks like I'm seeing it a third time with her.

Loved Dune...loved Frank Herbert...

As a High Schooler I read all kinds of great books....including Ayn Rand. A lot of what I read would probably be deemed inappropriate today. Does anyone remember the end of The Grapes of Wrath? It was significant to me and I remember discussing it in American Lit.

Have a great night!!!

No sane person could forget the ending of The Grapes of Wrath. It was a real mouthful.
