The landlord where my cafe was wouldn't fix the furnace. I could actually heat that joint with one of those 1500 oil-filled space heaters. The machines gave off some heat and once a bunch of people came in, it warmed up. That greedy prick. I turned that ugly little building of his into a show piece, broke my leg in the process and won an award from the city for neighborhood beautification on the high seas.
