As per my universal and unwavering beliefs and sentiments...anyone that harms a dog shold be seized upon by a pitchfork mob and hanged. There are no excptions, no absolution. Dog killers are worse than murderers, as bad as child molesters. It takes that measure of evil and psychopathy to perpetrate such an act.
