Detroit - get shot on the face in broad daylight for your phone or sunglasses. Jacked at redlights, gas pumps and railroad crossings, bars on the windows, razor wire, stealing manhole covers, gurdrails...powerlines, siding off houses....murder daily, robbery every few minutes, rape, assault too frequent to even track...
