I would incorporate solar features on the tiny house I'll probably never build in the woods next to my house. I even scoped out these three giant trees and thought of how I would engineer a bridge and a platform and mount my tiny house in the trees. Or I could just more or less build a deck with 6 or 8 posts anchored in concrete below the frost line and then build the house on the deck. And use RV appliances. It's an elaborate fantasy. I've been working on it for years...like the greenhouse I'll never build.
The TA fishing dude over in the UK has what he calls a tackle shack and he heats it with a tiny wood stove. Trying to think, it might be Swedish. Cute little stainless steel thing about the size of a small microwave. You can cook on it too.
