Any description of the perps? Were they “teens” or “youths” ?

So does a jumping spider.... but it still looks like a jumping spider...

It's pretty traumatic in places T. A lot I've  "forgotten"  on purpose.
  I forgot the name of the woman  I  wanted to kill. 
 How can you forget the name of someone you need to.kill?.😆
....I remember WHY I need to do her....but I can't recall her name.... And she moved....not long after she drunkenly admitted to me that she killed her mother... I reckon I'm subconsciously forgetting her name in self defense... Prison SUCKS!   THE things I do remember are horrifying enough... you don't spend years homeless, addicted and in jail and in nuthouses without some PTSD....one of the many alphabet designations they saddled me with...😐

I can make myself forget things. Unfortunately they aren’t the things I would prefer to forget.

Living under a bridge isn't conducive to obtaining employment.
Also Houston is a huge city, I had no transportation. No clothing.
  I was eating out of dumpsters until I learned the ropes. When I finally got into a place that accepted recovering crack addicts with mental problems I managed to get a job driving a cab. Then I relapsed and went back into the streets. Then other things happened.... long story.
  With dead people in it.... God blessed me and here  I am.
