Just checked the barge tracker for the Mississippi River out that way. ALL the tow boats and now nosed into the bank and hunkered down. Imagine being on a boat and having to weather that mess. No thanks.

Looks like Purplelady might get some of this in a couple hours and atm, they are not expecting the storm front to weaken.

Last I heard, I am going to get some storms Sat night Sunday but nothing this bad is predicted for my area. But that might change.

I have already followed my own steps to remediate this:

1. Unplug Echo Device
2. Throw Echo Device in Trash
3. Done .."

I am anti certain tech. I was one of the last of our generation to get a cell phone and that was forced. It was simply impossible to exist as a human without one.

I temporarily have a cell phone now but as soon as this house thing gets settled it is gone.
