I deal with my "problem" by eliminating as much stress from my life as possible.
Right on. It's the key to life.

I figure I wasted too much time when I was younger trying to force myself into something that was a really bad fit and it made me miserable. Now I'm living a microscopic but minimally stressful lifestyle. I literally only talk to 3 or 4 people verbally during the course of a month. And even that seems chatty.

If I was 5 years younger, I’d be “on the spectrum” but they didn’t have that then. If I was 5 years older, I would have got drafted. Thank Christ I missed that.  When I was 18 there was like Grenada, Panama….they weren’t exactly hard up for manpower.

The key for me is to cut down on the number of times I have to deal with strangers. Even when we go to Aldi's I like to go to the Black lady cashier who is also the store manager. We know each other and she's going to college to get her degree in marketing because she's making a career at Aldi's. As a regional manager or higher... Never deal with stupid people it shortens your life.

My morning chores get more time consuming as the year progresses. It takes time to water hundreds of plants. In my old life, I drank and smoked, stayed out at night. I suppose a lot of it was fun.  But I'm glad I grew out of it.

Those are the best.
Tomorrow I’m making fried cabbage with egg noodles, bacon, and kielbasa.

My wife just made that last week.

Saw this giant gorilla at the circus. Never saw a wild gorilla on TV near as big. They had to give him toys to play with.  Tires and stuff. His arms were like Sequoias.
I saw a gorilla squeeze a tire like a stuffed toy.

So I was telling my wife I should re-do our bathroom while I still have the juice. Make it a walk in shower. They actually make a molded base for exactly that purpose. I did a bathroom once and I tiled the floor for the shower in my garage and transported it to the job site, installed it and grouted it. It makes it easy and it doesn't leak.

While you’re at it, put handles by the toilet.

Jesus Christ. How much more depraved can people get?

"For families in Mexico searching for missing loved ones, the grim discovery of what is being called an "extermination" site with human remains and ovens, could be their worst fears some true.

Mexican authorities are now investigating the site in the western state of Jalisco, first found last week by a group of volunteers that was believed, by the volunteers, to have been used by one of the area's cartels known as the New Generation Jalisco Cartel.

Inside its iron gates were an increasing number of horrors, including cremation ovens, bone fragments, hundreds of pairs of shoes, clothing and even children’s toys. ..."
