have you noticed how much harder it is to assassinate top Russian politicians as opposed to American politicians? I mean the politicians... Not those idiot generals and colonels that are getting ground up in Ukraine..

They aren’t trying to negotiate. The situation in Ukraine is more complicated than you think. There are Russian speaking Ukrainians, who support Putin. This complicates things.

Nope, it is real simple, russian military is on another country's land. That's it, that is all there is.

The solution is equally simple, russian troops must leave Ukrainian land, all of it.  Nothing else is acceptable.
