As far as politics or religion are concerned...I will only do as much as I can do without getting out of the chair I'm sitting in right now. Anything beyond that is more effort than it's worth. Politics and religion have no tangible effect on anything I do day-to-day. It's internet talk, not real world business. I got my own problems. My car needs an alternator. Send a 'migrant' over here to pay for it and put it in and I'll go protest.
My whole life is arranged around waiting to get paid so I can pay the same set of bills I have been writing down on a legal pad with a pen and calculator for my entire adult life. I keep hoping there'll be a day - like when I was a kid - where I can intercept that flow of money and go on an ape-shit king-hell cross-country bender....and now I'm too old. Fck!
I hope so. I want to believe there's an afterlife
Statistically, I have 20 years. There's a lot of work to be done. But first things first. I'm out of reefer.
They want to take AM radios out of cars and force you to use their streaming bullshit."Using industry sales data, WIRED tested 10 of the most popular cars in America and analyzed their data-collection practices. The result? Modern cars can generate up to 25 gigabytes of data per hour.""Let that sink in.For many Americans, 25 gigabytes is an entire monthly mobile data plan. Your car can burn through that in one hour — collecting information about your location, your habits, your contacts, even your driving behavior. And most Americans don’t even know it’s happening.""Automakers, which have been subsidized by taxpayers to the tune of billions, are quietly removing AM radio altogether. If left unchecked, you may very well be forced onto platforms that monitor you."

As far as an afterlife is concerned, if there's no animals, I'm out. I would prefer to spend eternity with every animal whose life joined mine in a glow of unspoken decency and good intentions among souls. Animals are pure and incapable of imperfection. We can never be like that. Dealing with people creates stress and confusion. Animals have no hidden motives. The early morning here is awesome - before everyone gets up and starts making noise. That's when all the daytime animals are out in the yard. It's peaceful. It's obvious those creatures are enjoying that time the same way I do...no hurry, no heat, no noise. It's beautiful here. That's the whole reason to even put effort into maintianing this piece of land...for that particular time of day at this particular time of year. All of them that live out there appreciate what I do. It's obvious... and that is the most important thing going on in my life.
