At the national level, the clearest recent benchmark comes from the FBI’s crime summary: murder and nonnegligent manslaughter decreased an estimated 14.9% from 2023 to 2024 in the United States. The Council on Criminal Justice’s Year-End 2025 Update goes further, reporting that homicides across 40 large U.S. cities fell 21% from 2024 and 44% from the 2021 peak – a turnaround so significant the 2025 national rate may end up the lowest recorded since 1900.

That is bad , I ain't saying it can't happen but it ain't happening here much like that... Not in my neck of the woods...

Detroit's almost 100% black now. There's not much left. A downtown area...nice but good luck walking to your car...if it's still there.  The rest is a complete shithole. It's like something in Somalia or Afghanistan...burned up, bombed out. 
...and when I was a kid...Detroit was probably the most prosperous city in the country. We haven't been "The Arsenal of Democracy" or "The Auto Capital" for years.  It went from like 2 million to 500k. It's like Escape From New York or Mad Max.

...but none of that concerns me any more than it concerns you. It might as well be happening on Mars...because I live in Whiteville.

 Blacks have done more damage, killed/maimed  more Americans and cost America more money than all of the foreign enemies we have faced in all of our wars... That is 100% true.

Fck. It's Thursday. I thought it was Friday. That's a huge blow. My rods and cones are all screwed up because of that holiday.
Fck it. I'm not goijng to work tomorrow. I don't like being tricked. There's actually a 24-hour reefer store within a 15 minute drive of here...that is just a stunning bright spot in and otherwise gloomy cast of dystopia.
