I personally am against trying to make more of coffee than it is. It is best left simple.
It's like this marijuana thing. I don't want to talk about it with some 25-year-old hippie for a half hour like we're connoisseurs. I am interested in obtaining the greatest value...uh...like...btu's of highness per Yankee dollar. That's all. The made-up names, aroma, taste... Please...spare me. I want it to be kind of dirty or something...like I'm doing something wrong.
