I'm WFH - my lower left back is screaming. They gave me some kind of muscle relaxer (tizanidine) I didn't take in October when this hit before. This is over the top bad - so I took one - it makes me walk like Frankenstein. Loaded up on Advil, Aleve and Tylenol and Gabapentin.
Waiting for a call from the Dr's office.
Be careful mixing alkl those pain pills.
