My 2 1/2 year old Grandson was so cute last night - I was leaving with my son. N stood facing the door with his arms against it saying No No No...2 years old like to say No. Them we closed and he flipped over with his back to the door and he said No No No Good Bye....deciphering 2 year old speak he was saying "don't leave".
I remember the no's. and 10 years later the I hate you's. Younger friend of my Mom's was devastated the other day when her 13 yo daughter told her that. I was like, huh? I used to hear that at least twice a week. per kid. It's what they do.
How do people get old and forget being teenagers?
