One episode stuck with me when some Russian cops were trying to ram a thick door open all talking Russian over each other. Finally one of them steps forward and opens the door inward by the handle. They were banging on the door the wrong way. The door open inward instead of outward. I got a good laugh out of that one. Dumb azzes.
IMO the most significant part of those was how the narrator, a US sheriff, professed admiration for how russian police we allowed to act.
