Eh, law is a tricky thing, slavery used to be legal.  I lean more toward American moral truths, state marijuana laws and sanctuary cities were moving in the right direction.

I saw one yesterday, too gruesome to post, that almost made me feel sorry for the little orcs.  Their APC was hit and disabled and none of them knew enough to get away from it. So none did, likely still lying there. They must have had zero training, lambs to the slaughter.

Slavery needed an amendment to the constitution.

Being a federalist in thought, I don't mind state marijuana laws or sanctuary cities. Just sayin' that opened a door. There is no mention of immigration in the constitution. Only a court decision made it sorely a federal jurisdiction. Abortion became a state jurisdiction. Interesting.

It is more effective than sending rockets into civilian apartment buildings.

Even back in the day we knew that the States had to have at least similar laws for the country to be a country.   Some laws are dead before they get put on paper but republicans crank them out anyway and taxpayers pay for it.
